Hello,

I am currently writing my thesis on the topic of population ageing and family support programs in South Korea and Japan. For the case of Japan I will utilize the Japanese National Fertility Surveys. Now, I am looking for surveys regarding fertility in Korea.

Im interested in:
- the reasons why the intended number of children might differ from that of the ideal number of children. What is affecting couples decision to post-pone/have fewer children?
- child-rearing conditions
- opinions on marriage without children, working-mothers. What is the ideal lifestyle of women and men?

Does KOSIS conduct such a survey?
So far I have only found statistics on projection data.
[Edit: Does anyone know where can I access the National Survey on Marriage and Fertility Dynamics?]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
