I am doing analysis about household disposable income. I have some questions about 'Average monthly income & expenditure (whole households)' and decide to make inquiries for further details. 1-Since 'disposable income' is calculated by income minus non-consumption expenditure, what proportion of disposable income is cash (or non-cash)? 2- Are non-cash income such as in-kind benefit or imputed owner-occupied rent, included in household disposable income? 3-Will statistical database be d by providing information about the proportion of cash income in household disposable income? Dear Samuel, Thank you for visiting the KOSIS website. 1. Disposable income includes cash income as well as in-kind benefits. 2. In-kind benefits such as meals provided by companies, and in-kind vegetables for self-consumption are included in household disposable income. However, imputed rent of owner-occupied housing is not included in disposable income. 3. The proportion of cash income in household disposable income is not disseminated on the KOSIS website.
