Dear Yana Vierboom, Thank you for visiting the KOSIS website. Through the following data path of the Korean-version KOSIS website, users can find datasets of births and deaths by sex, age and region. KOSIS web portal > Statistics by Topic > Population > Vital Statistics > Birth and Death > Birth and Death by Sex, Age and Region On the other hand, vital statistics cover people born in Korea. People who were not born in Korea and foreign nationals are not included in the survey. Best regards, Statistics Korea
