To whom it may concern,

Good Day!

I am Sirisha Nalla, A senior research analyst working for Factset Reseach Systems, Inc. I am currently doing an economic research on “Central Government Debt”.

Usually we are getting data from http://kostat.go.kr/portal/eng/resources/2/1/6/index.action?bmode=view&pageCode=ENGIMF05

There is no other source for historical data. Could you please provide data from 30/09/2015 to 30/06/2018 with quarterly frequency.

Regards,
Sirisha Nalla| economics.research@factset.com
Answer Statistics Korea/2019-09-06
Dear sirisha,

Thank you for visiting the KOSIS website.

Sorry for the late reply. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the statistical production of central government debts, data are provided on a quarterly basis since the second half of 2018, which resulted from the discussion with the IMF in the first half of 2019. Please refer to the attached file.

I’m sorry, but historical data with quarterly frequency can’t be disseminated.

Thank you.
