Hi, For the average capacity utilization rate for the manufacturing industry (제조업 평균가동률) in http://kosis.kr/statHtml/statHtml.do?orgId=101&tblId=DT_1F31502&conn_path=I2, is there any particular reason why the data in 2000-2005 is higher, at around the 80-89% level, than the other time points? Or was this generally a period where manufacturing companies made the most of their capacity? Regards, Deon
