Hello, Is there information available on housing expenditure for owner-occupier households? The tables from the Household Income and Expenditure Survey include an item labelled "Actual housing expenditure" which I have assumed contains paid rent. Would it be possible to obtain data for imputed rental expenditure, or alternatively, mortgage payments? I am specifically interested in monthly expenditures by income quintile for the years 2010 to 2016 (or more recent if available) Thanks, Oliver

Dear Oliver, 1. As you mentioned, 'Actual housing expenditure' includes paid rent. 2. Data on rental expenditure and mortgage are not provided to the public. 3. Please follow the path to find monthly expenditure by income quintile for the 2010-2016 period. You'll find annual data when checking "Annual" instead of "Quarterly" on the "Time" setting button.
