Business Survey Index : 
Business Survey Index is compiled by examining changes in entrepreneurs' assessments, forecasts, and plans regarding domestic and international economic trends. It is used for short-term economic analysis and forecasting.
This indicator represents the Business Performance BSI.

To improve the economic explanatory power and response ability of the main indicator by using various BSI items, Composite Business Sentiment Index is developed to represent the overall sentiment of enterprises regarding the economic situation.

Consumer Survey Index :
The Consumer Survey Index is compiled monthly by the Bank of Korea by surveying consumers' perceptions of the economic situation and future consumption expenditure outlook. An index greater than 100 indicates a more positive outlook on the economy.
This indicator represents the Living Standard CSI.

Composite Consumer Sentiment Index :
It is an index synthesized by standardizing six Consumer Survey Indexes (such as Current Living Conditions), serving as a comprehensive indicator of consumer sentiment regarding the economic situation.

Economic Sentiment Index :
Economic Sentiment Index (ESI) that combines BSI and CSI is created to comprehensively understand the economic outlook of all private economic subjects including businesses and consumers.

This index represents the flow and changes in production activities of goods and services produced domestically, covering all industries of the national economy, on a short-term (monthly) basis.

This index is created to measure the level of production activities and their fluctuations in the mining, manufacturing, electricity and gas industries.

An index compiled by dividing the monthly sales revenue of major sectors by the base value (the monthly average sales revenue of the base year) for each major sector (including price changes)

An index compiled by dividing the current account index by a deflator (the price changes are removed)

(Seasonal Adjustment Index)
An index compiled by dividing Volume index by seasonal factors (seasonal factors and calendar factors are removed)
→ It is used for short-term trend analysis such as month-over-month or quarter-over-quarter comparisons.

This indicator is created to understand  consumption trends, divided by product group, retail type, and 17 cities/provinces.

Equipment investment refers to the act of purchasing or acquiring assets that are used repeatedly or continuously for more than one year in the production process, including various machinery used as production facilities in manufacturing, as well as transportation equipment such as automobiles, aircraft, and ships. 
Statistics Korea’s equipment investment index is a processed statistic from the supply side, measuring the investment amount in equipment investment goods produced by businesses. It is compiled based on the commodity flow method.

It refers to the total contract amount received during the survey period (from the 1st to the last day of each month), including planned production and self-use. (Excluding Vessels)

It is an evaluation of the actual construction performance of construction companies in monetary terms, regardless of the billing or receipt of construction payments. The amount excludes the cost of construction suspension but includes the cost of raw materials supplied by the client and value-added tax.

The value-added, which is production in the National Accounts, is estimated using a different method from the value-added in the mining and manufacturing survey census. There may be limitations in making direct comparisons.

It is an index to measure the price fluctuation of goods and services purchased by households to live daily consumption life.

Producer Price Index.
It measures the price fluctuation of goods and services that domestic producers provide in the domestic market. It is used as a judgement indicator for economic trend, GDP deflator, etc. 

Gross Domestic Product is the sum of market prices of newly produced goods and services within a country during a specific period. 
Nominal and real GDP are published.

It is the change rate of real GDP compared to the previous period (seasonal adjustment) or the same period (original series).

M0 is currency and coins issued by the central bank using its exclusive authority.

M2 is one of the indicators to measure the size of currency in circulation within the economy. It includes M1 emphasizing the payment and settlement function as well as the financial product with a maturity of up to two years that serves as a store of value and allow withdrawal at any time, despite a slight loss of interest income.

Lf (Liquidity Aggregates of Finance Institutions) is one of liquidity aggregates to measure the size of currency in circulation within the economy. It includes M2 emphasizing payment and settlement function and value store function as well as financial products with a maturity of over two years and insurance contract reserves.

L (Liquidity aggregate) is a liquidity indicator of the broadest range to measure the size of currency in circulation within the economy. It includes financial products from financial institutions as well as liquidity instruments such as government bonds and corporate bonds issued by the government and corporations. 

This statistic is to identify the total credit scale provided by financial institutions (including public financial institutions) to general households, encompassing household loans and sales credit.

Korea Composite Stock Price Index. The KOSPI is set to 100 points on January 4, 1980, when it was first introduced.

Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotation. Set July 1, 1996 as 100 points.

It is the statistics to measure the price fluctuation of export and import goods. It is used to identify the export profitability fluctuation and the import cost burden, to measure trading condition through intercomparison of export and import price index, and to use deflator calculate real GDP for real GDP calculation.

It refers to the number of products that can be imported as export unit 1. It can be calculated by dividing export price index by import price index.
