* Trading volume 
- Trading volume, which is a statistical term by transaction cause, refers to the number of reported 
cases for ownership transfer according to the real estate trading contracts excluding sales rights.

* Judgment transaction volume
- Judgment transaction volume, which is a statistical term by transaction cause, refers to the number 
of cases recognized as a contract for ownership transfer by court decision, such as an order to transfer 
ownership,excluding sales rights.

* Exchange 
- Exchange refers to a contract for the purpose of mutual exchange between the parties regarding 
real estate owned by "A" and real estate owned by "B".

* Gift trading volume 
- Gift trading volume, which is a statistical term by transaction cause, refers to the number of gift  
  contracts for ownership transfer according to real estate gift contracts excluding sales rights.

* Resale of sales rights 
Act of buying and selling the right of the status selected as a tenant (sales right, rights to move in) 
according to Article 48 of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, 
and Article 15 of the Housing Act

* Other transfers of ownership rights - Including initial supply contract + sales rights probate + 
other probates(acquisition contract by agreement, investment in kind, etc.)
